We are seeking an SAP HXM Functional Consultant to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

About You

We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Strong experience in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors.
n
Hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
n
Strong SAP consulting and client-facing experience.
n
Experience across SAP implementation or transformation projects.
n
Solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
n




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Security clearance NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
