The Role Lead a mobile maintenance crew on the ground, keeping the shift safe, productive and running to plan.
Lead and support underground mechanical crew across development production activities.
Allocate daily tasks, run pre-starts and toolbox talks, and keep work safe, productive and on plan.
Work on a range of Sandvik, CAT and Normet drills, loaders and ancillary equipment across a solid fleet Monitor production, ground conditions and equipment performance; liaise closely with supervisors and mine planners.
Mentor tradespeople and maintain a strong safety-first culture.

Strong safety leadership and communication skills.
Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug alcohol test and national police check.
Current manual driver's licence.
