This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, supported by dedicated administration and trust accounting teams, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What you'll be doing: Manage a premium portfolio of commercial and mixed-use strata schemes.
Chair AGMs, Council Meetings and Special General Meetings.
Prepare and present meeting agendas, minutes and resolutions.
Provide expert advice to Councils of Owners on governance, compliance and legislative matters.
Build and maintain solid relationships with owners, councils, contractors and key stakeholders.
Oversee budgets, levy administration, arrears management and financial reporting.
Coordinate maintenance projects, contractor engagement and capital works programs.
Ensure compliance with the Strata Titles Act and all relevant legislative requirements.
Work closely with internal administration and trust accounting teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What we're looking for: Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.




Strong working knowledge of the WA Strata Titles Act and associated regulations.
Sound financial acumen with the ability to interpret budgets and financial reports.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience using PropertyIQ or similar strata management software highly regarded.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service.
