Are you a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities and turning conversations into results?
Tradelink Wangaratta is looking for a commercially driven sales professional to help grow the branch's presence across the local market.
This is more than a traditional showroom role.
Alongside guiding customers through bathroom, kitchen and laundry selections, you'll proactively build relationships with local builders and trades, visit sites, identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into sales.
You'll have the support of an experienced, close-knit branch team, along with the opportunity to take ownership of your network and make a visible contribution to the branch's growth.
This is a full-time role based in Wangaratta, VIC.
What You'll Be Doing You'll balance showroom-based consultative sales with proactive relationship development across Wangaratta and the surrounding area.
Build and strengthen relationships with local builders, tradespeople, renovators and project customers.
Visit building sites and customer premises to understand upcoming projects and identify new sales opportunities.
Generate new leads, reconnect with previous customers and help the branch grow its local market share.
Welcome showroom customers and provide tailored advice across bathroom, kitchen and laundry products.




Prepare competitive quotes and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
Coordinate product selections for builders and their customers, managing projects from consultation through to order fulfilment.
Promote Tradelink's extensive range of plumbing and bathroom products and solutions.
Keep the showroom fresh, accurate and well presented.
Support the wider branch team when required – it's all hands on deck during busy periods.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines genuine people skills with commercial drive – someone who enjoys developing a network, takes ownership of opportunities and is motivated by achieving results.
Sales experience and the confidence to build relationships, follow up opportunities and generate new business.
Experience in plumbing, building products, construction, kitchens, lighting or another trade-related workplace would be highly regarded.
Confidence engaging customers face-to-face, including approaching prospective customers and visiting sites.
Strong relationship-building, quote follow-up, negotiation and sales-conversion skills.
Existing connections within Wangaratta's building or trade community would be advantageous.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.




Strong organisation and attention to detail when managing multiple customers and projects.
A collaborative, team-first attitude.
A current driver's licence.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
