Educators promote child agency, independence, curiosity and confidence, taking the time to understand each child's individual interests, strengths and needs.
The service boasts beautifully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments, thoughtfully created to inspire curiosity, exploration and meaningful play.
Educators have access to high-quality resources and engaging learning materials,
allowing them to create rich, hand-on experiences that support children's development and learning.
The dedicated team is passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), while supporting one another through professional development, collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
About You
You are a confident and passionate Room Leader who enjoys creating engaging, child-centred learning environments that celebrate each child's individuality.
You believe in building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues and understand the importance of creating a genuine sense of belonging for every child.
You are an inspiring educator and leader who can confidently guide and mentor your team while ensuring high-quality educational programs are planned and delivered in line with the EYLF and NQS.
You share the service's belief that every child's unique strengths, interests and needs should be at the heart of their learning journey.
As a Diploma or Bachelor-qualified Room Leader,
you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of engaging, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
As a Room Leader, you will hold:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Room Leader position
Current Employee Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Full working rights in Australia (Sponsorship is not available)
