Lead, coach and mentor Assistant Managers and store teams across your portfolio Build a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement Drive succession planning and career development opportunities Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of key business KPIs Analyse store performance data and provide actionable insights Manage expenses, gross profit performance and wage budgets Champion loyalty program participation and private label sales growth Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through proactive coaching and action planning Support teams to identify customer needs and provide expert advice Ensure stores execute promotions, marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards Maintain strong stock management processes and minimise inventory loss Drive compliance with operational, audit and task management requirements You'll Thrive in This Role If You...




You are a people-first leader with a proven track record in retail management and a passion for developing teams Demonstrated success leading and developing diverse retail teams Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and profitability Proven ability to deliver operational excellence and compliance standards Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Senior Store Manager experience Strong planning, prioritisation and conflict resolution skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving setting High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability If you are passionate about people and pets, we'd love to hear from you!
