At Enmore, my day feels creative, colourful and full of community.
I arrive on Edgeware Road, near St Peters Station, buses, local schools and the busy Inner West world around me.
My campus is inside a beautiful church hall, and it feels warm, familiar and full of character.
I learn in homely indoor spaces that help me feel safe and settled, and I play outside with sandpits, climbing equipment and child-led gardens.
I can help care for the community garden, learn about sustainability and feel part of something bigger.

About the role
I need safe, kind grown-ups around me, even when the day is busy or different.
As a Casual Qualified Educator, you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.
What you'll do
* My day feels steadier when you step into my room with warmth, calm and confidence.
* My routines feel familiar when you support meals, rest, transitions, hygiene and personal care.
* My play keeps growing when you join in, notice what I am curious about and help learning feel safe.




* My room feels supported when you build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
* My day still feels calm when you adapt quickly across different rooms, ages and routines.
* My safety matters every shift, so child safe practice, supervision and inclusive care are always part of what you do.
What you'll bring
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or approved equivalent.
* Early learning experience, preferred.
* Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude.
* Warm communication with children, families and teams.
* Understanding of supervision, routines and child secure practices.
* Confidence adapting across rooms and age groups.
* A Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
