Point Care Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers / Youth Workers to support children in a structured residential setting on the Sunshine Coast.
You will provide day-to-day care, implement care plans, and support children with their developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Applicants should have trauma-informed care experience, the ability to manage complex behaviours, and be able to work shifts including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
