Mental Health Clinicians – CATT / Triage Regional Victoria | 3-month contracts | Accommodation provided 3-month regional contract opportunities, with potential extension Work across acute community mental health, triage and crisis response 3 hours from Melbourne Excellent rates of pay and accommodation provided $80 per hr plus super plus salary sacrifice Limelight People are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses for 3-month contract opportunities within acute community mental health services in Regional Victoria.
These roles are ideal for clinicians with strong experience in mental health triage, acute crisis assessment and community-based mental health response.
You will join an established multidisciplinary team, supporting consumers experiencing complex and acute mental health presentations.
The roles involve a wide-ranging caseload across triage, acute crisis response and broader community mental health services.
You will undertake telephone triage, comprehensive mental health and risk assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning and care coordination.
You will bring a person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approach, with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced acute setting.




Essential Criteria Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Relevant postgraduate mental health qualifications, specialist psychiatric nursing qualifications and/or equivalent experience Minimum five years' post-graduate experience within Community Mental Health Services Demonstrated experience in mental health triage, CATT, acute crisis assessment or community crisis response Experience managing complex mental health presentations in community settings Confidence completing telephone triage, comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, crisis intervention and treatment plans Sound knowledge of trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice and person-centred care Strong communication, documentation and computer skills Current driver's licence Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including night duty and 8- or 10-hour shifts Previous experience in acute community mental health, triage or crisis services will be highly regarded.
