Transport for NSW is seeking a Technical Enquiries Officer to help educate and guide customers on registrable vehicles, ensuring safety and consistent regulation across NSW.
You will support AIS examiners, VSCCS certifiers, Service NSW, and vehicle owners with accurate advice.
This hybrid role requires up to 50% office attendance, with 25% at Parramatta.
A foundational understanding of vehicle safety and a Certificate II in automotive mechanical or equivalent regulatory experience are preferred.
