Partner with the NUM to guide the team, strengthen practice and create a positive clinical environment.
Lead safe, specialist care and promote consumer recovery Guide, support and develop nursing staff across the unit Coordinate staffing, rosters, leave and daily work allocation Drive practice change,



quality improvement and policy development Build solid partnerships across health services and community About You You're a confident mental health nurse who brings strong clinical skills, leadership and a commitment to recovery focused care.
