Lead a high-performing team in a premium showroom environment Drive sales, KPIs and a genuinely personalised customer experience Bring your consultative sales leadership skills to a considered buying journey About the Role Our client is a premium showroom business looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Brisbane team and take ownership of showroom performance, customer experience and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately six across a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing team environment, driving sales and KPIs, coaching your people and ensuring every customer receives a premium, highly personalised experience.
The sales journey is considered rather than transactional, so success in this role will come from someone who understands how to build trust, nurture relationships and guide customers through a longer sales process.
What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately six, creating a strong culture of accountability and performance Take ownership of showroom sales targets, conversion, ATV, IPT and other key performance measures Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry and lead generation through to conversion and follow-up Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure CRM activity, lead follow-up and customer information are maintained accurately Build strong customer relationships and ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction Manage showroom operations including rostering, order management, visual merchandising, stock and presentation Monitor quality measures including alterations, remakes and refunds Lead daily team huddles and regular performance conversations Manage VIP customers and customer feedback, using insights to continually improve the showroom experience Coordinate wedding expos and other events, including team preparation and lead follow-up About You We're looking for a confident sales leader who enjoys being on the floor,



developing people and driving commercial results.
You'll ideally bring: Proven experience leading a sales or retail team in a KPI-driven environment A strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance A consultative, relationship-led sales approach rather than a purely transactional mindset Strong customer relationship and communication skills Experience coaching, developing and holding team members accountable Confidence managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM systems Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and act on performance data Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to balance sales leadership with day-to-day showroom operations Your Background Premium or luxury retail experience would be advantageous, but we're open to candidates from a range of high-touch sales environments.
Your background could include: Premium or luxury retail Bridal Jewellery Premium fashion Bespoke or made-to-measure High-end furniture Automotive Real estate Other high-value, consultative B2C sales environments What matters most is your ability to lead a team, drive sales performance and deliver a considered customer experience.
Experience with made-to-measure or bespoke products is not essential.
