Manage Contracts, Settlements Financial Administration Proven Real Estate experience is essential Brisbane Inner City location We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the smooth operation of our clients business.
This pivotal role oversees end-to-end sales processing, ensures strict legislative compliance, and manages trust accounting and live auction coordination.
You will also play a key part in onboarding and training new team members, while providing day-to-day support to agents and ensuring efficient office operations.
Role Responsibilities: Manage contracts inbox, end-to-end processing, solicitor liaison, and settlements Ensure AML compliance and legislative adherence Handle trust accounting, reconciliations, and invoicing Coordinate staff onboarding and deliver contract/system training Set up and manage access across key platforms Coordinate in-room auctions, prepare documentation, and manage bidder registrations Support auction logistics and leadership Assist agents with contracts and daily operations Support reception, mentor junior staff,



and track performance milestones Key Competencies Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales administration, contract processing, and trust accounting.
Hands-on experience with Realworks, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and trust accounting software.
Deep understanding of relevant state real estate legislation, contract law, and AML compliance requirements.
Exceptional time management skills with a strong eye for detail under fast-paced event conditions.
Skilled interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability in mentoring junior team members and training staff.
