Job description Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career?
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful Director within Sydney's South East, supporting a busy and high-performing sales business.
We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years' real estate sales experience who is ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of an established sales team.
About the role: Working directly alongside a successful Director, you'll be involved across the entire sales process, from prospecting and appraisals through to campaigns, open homes, buyer management and settlement.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn from an established industry professional, strengthen their sales skills and continue progressing towards a successful long-term career in real estate.
Key responsibilities Prospecting and generating new business opportunities Conducting cold and warm calls to prospective clients Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors Managing and nurturing the sales database Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations Conducting buyer callbacks and following up enquiries Attending open homes,
