About the Role Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements Map current and future-state processes and system interfaces Define scope, dependencies, impacts,



risks and delivery priorities Translate requirements into user stories with development-ready acceptance criteria Facilitate discovery workshops, story elaboration and requirements reviews Support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives and showcases Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and vendors Support change management and the successful implementation of new processes and technology About You Five or more years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment Must have experience in Financial Services, preferably lending Demonstrated Agile business analysis experience Experience supporting a core platform replacement or system migration, preferably in financial services Experience facilitating discovery and process-mapping workshops Robust user-story development and acceptance-criteria writing skills Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills Ability to manage scope, prioritise work and translate business needs into practical technology solutions Apply directly and we will reach out for a confidential discussion.
