We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers to join a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham .
This hands-on role involves operating trucks and combi-lifts to source, inspect, position, and transport containers throughout the site while ensuring all food safety, cold-chain, and security requirements are met.
This position is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment, have a strong commitment to safety, and take pride in maintaining accurate records and procedures.

Ongoing full time hours Day and afternoon shift opportunities Starting rate from $***** per hour Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading Opportunity for pay progression based on skills and performance Stable employment with a supportive team environment Training and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities Operate trucks and combi-lifts safely throughout the site Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks Source and transport containers according to load schedules Conduct 7-point container inspections and report any damage Photograph containers and record inspection information Connect containers to 3-phase power and set required temperatures Monitor refrigeration units and report alarms or faults Complete Container Register Forms and associated documentation Weigh full containers and print weight dockets Apply container labels, locks, and security tags Follow all dock procedures,



traffic management plans, and site safety requirements Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and clean work areas at the end of shift About You Current Truck Driver's Licence Current Forklift and/or Combi-Lift competency/sign-off Previous experience operating trucks, forklifts, or container handling equipment Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to accurately complete paperwork and records Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work effectively within a team environment Flexible to work rotating shifts when required Rosters Day Shift Rotating roster with weekday and weekend requirements Consistent full-time hours Supportive team workplace Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday roster Afternoon shift loading applies Ongoing full-time hours available Pay Rates Day Shift Truck Driver - Loadout: $*****/hr Afternoon Shift Truck Driver - Loadout: $*****/hr inclusive of 15% loading Weekend penalties are incorporated into the applicable rates where relevant.
