We're looking for a driven and career focussed Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue – Collar Recruitment team in the Sydney CBD in a 360-recruitment capacity and take over an existing desk across Blue Collar – recruiting industrial, manufacturing and maintenance positions.
We will consider Recruitment specialists at all levels from Junior to Senior and bove all else is "Attitude" is number one!
The role will form part of our blue collar recruitment team here in NSW but also play a key part in our service offering nationally working closely with your counterparts in WA and QLD.

The role will provide a structured onboarding and, recruitment 101's induction process and will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the opportunity to develop business by becoming a true student of their industry, building solid tangible candidate pools / relationships, and driving consistent sales led activity.
What does a typical 2XM day look like?




Business Development – Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value-based relationships with both new and known clients prospects Lead Generation – Generate leads and opportunities as a true specialist Candidate Pooling – Consistent management of candidate information in our database – Bullhorn, an industry leading platform Recruitment Specialist – develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruit Screen interview candidates – Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you're only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
Advertising Marketing – Master the art of writing the perfect job advert Manage candidate feedback and relationships – Including counter offers and objection handling Requirements 360 Recruitment experience with ambition and desire to succeed – Essential Confident – able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best Be able to commit to 4 days in our CBD office with 1 WFH day per week Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and previous recruitment CRM experience What's in it for you?
