Our client is a leading FMCG business that manufactures locally and sells globally.
With continued growth and a complex supply chain, they are looking for an experienced Inventory Optimisation Manager to drive smarter inventory decisions and improve overall supply chain performance.
This is a high impact role where you'll have the opportunity to shape inventory strategy, improve working capital and ensure the right stock is available at the right time.
The Role Own and drive inventory optimisation across the business Analyse inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve stock levels and availability Balance customer service, working capital and supply chain risk Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement,



Sales and Finance Drive initiatives to reduce excess and slow moving inventory Develop insights and reporting to support better decision-making Lead continuous improvement and embed best-practice inventory processes About You Experience across inventory, supply chain, planning or a related discipline Strong analytical and commercial skills Confident using data to influence decisions and drive action Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high performing environment If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy, improve performance and make a genuine commercial impact, this is a fantastic prospect to join a growing global FMCG business.
