About the role Logistics specialists play a key role in all customer device installations: facilitating the staging, configuring, processing and dispatch of network hardware as per ticket and customer requirements.
Logistics officer will be the point of contact for all incoming deliveries and ensure stock database remains up to date and accurate.
Responsible for receiving and dispatching daily, managing stock levels along with licensing inventory management.
Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure the timely configurations is applied and any essential accessories are included.
What you'll be doing day-to-day Stage hardware prior to dispatch Configuration and testing of multiple device types.
Update Inventory Operational Systems as required.
Receiving Dispatching Stock Management SD WAN License management Ticket queue management Quality Assurance Remodeling configurations Troubleshoot hardware and configuration issues What you'll bring to the role Experience with configuring and provisioning network devices, including routers, switches and network units Experience in using ticket management systems, such as Jira or similar Ability to perform device configuration and troubleshooting using console commands Experience working with licensing platforms, including Meraki, Fortinet and Cisco Strong attention to detail General knowledge of IT hardware, networking concepts and infrastructure technologies Familiar with Terra Term and other configuration software Basic understanding of SD WAN networks.
