About the Role...
The key to your success in this role will be building and maintaining effective relationships with local employers, proactively understanding their workforce needs, and successfully matching candidates to employment opportunities.
A solid understanding of people-centred case management principles, including barrier management, is core to your continued success.
This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June **** working across our Gympie and Noosa sites, working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday in the office.
What does a typical day look like?
Build and maintain a pipeline of employers and customers through active community engagement, networking, and relationship management.
Undertake business development and marketing activities to identify new and ongoing employment opportunities and increase awareness of our services within the local community.
Develop solid partnerships with local employers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and create sustainable employment opportunities.
Promote services through networking events, community engagement initiatives, and targeted outreach activities.
Develop strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, to understand their employment goals, placement potential, and support needs.
Conduct customer appointments, identify barriers to employment, and develop tailored action plans and pathways to achieve employment outcomes.
Maintain regular progress reviews and identify next steps at each milestone.
Meet performance targets by converting business opportunities and sales leads into successful placements.




Deliver effective and timely communication and post-placement support to both employers and customers.

A bit about your experience...
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, networking, recruitment, employment services,



or other customer-focused roles.
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, engage with stakeholders, and identify opportunities through proactive outreach and community engagement.
Confidence in promoting services, generating leads, and developing networks that contribute to positive business and employment outcomes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of customers, employers, and community stakeholders.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes.
