Position Summary The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring service activities to ensure customer requests, maintenance work, inspections, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
The role acts as the primary link between customers, service technicians, sales teams, and internal support functions, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
