We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about community-based care and working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team based at the Hopetoun campus.
This is a part-time, fixed-term position from 19 October **** to 2 November ****, providing maternity leave coverage.
The successful candidate will work on Wednesday and Friday in Week 1, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Week 2.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support clients to remain independent, and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families within the community.
The successful candidate will have: At least 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Demonstrated ability to deliver safe,
