As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of a Red Cross Store while helping create a warm, inclusive space for customers, volunteers, and the local community.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and confidently steps into leadership when they're away.
You'll lead from the floor, spending around 90% of your time engaging with customers, coaching volunteers, and ensuring the store looks exceptional.
Your focus: drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and build a motivated, high performing volunteer team.
