ICT Business Analyst (Full-Time) - Ausgreen Solar Solutions, NSW ACT Ausgreen Solar Solutions is a renewable energy solutions provider operating across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, specialising in the supply of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency products for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
The business provides tailored renewable energy solutions, technical product advice, and professional support to assist customers in adopting efficient and sustainable energy systems.
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead the delivery and ongoing management of our new Service Hub application.
Service Hub is being developed to automate our lead generation, customer contact and submission processes and will integrate with our existing Odoo CRM environment.
You will be the key link between our internal business teams and offshore development team, working closely with customers to gather requirements, improve processes and successfully deliver Service Hub.
Following launch, you will continue to manage the application, including enhancements, releases and BAU support.

Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
Map current and future processes and identify automation opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.




Manage and prioritise the development backlog.
Coordinate and provide functional direction to the offshore development team.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
Define integration requirements between Odoo CRM, Service Hub and other systems.
Define and document API requirements for integrations between Service Hub, Odoo CRM and other business systems.
Analyse system integration requirements, data flows and interface dependencies across applications.
Work with developers to define API specifications, payloads, data mappings and integration rules.
Define middleware requirements to support reliable data exchange and workflow automation between systems.
Analyse end-to-end data flows across CRM, Service Hub, middleware and connected applications.
Identify integration issues, data mismatches and interface failures and coordinate resolution with development teams.
Support integration testing, API testing and end-to-end validation across connected systems.
Maintain API, integration, data mapping and interface documentation.
Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery progress.
Coordinate UAT, defect management and business sign-off.
Support system rollout, user adoption and training.
Manage Service Hub enhancements, incidents and BAU support after launch.
Maintain system, process, integration and support documentation.
What We're Looking For A degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
Cloud Management certifications such as Azure or M365 certifications will be viewed favourably.
5+ years' experience as an IT/ICT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Robust requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering business applications or software projects.
Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams.
Strong skills in process mapping, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and UAT.
Good understanding of APIs, middleware, system integrations and data flows.
Experience defining integration requirements, data mappings and interface specifications.
Experience working with developers on API and system integration requirements.
Experience with CRM or workflow automation platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Highly Regarded Odoo CRM experience.
Jira and Confluence experience.
Lead management or sales automation experience.
Experience with API management, middleware or integration platforms.
Experience with REST APIs, web services and system-to-system integrations.
Solar, renewable energy, utilities or related industry experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
