Role This position is responsible for managing a range of services including Counselling, Domestic Violence Support, Case Management and Community Engagement.
The role leads multidisciplinary teams and ensures secure, high-quality, culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred services that promote women's safety, wellbeing and empowerment.
With significant autonomy, the position oversees service delivery, compliance, workforce leadership, continuous improvement, service planning and innovation, contributing to strong operational performance and organisational development.




Candidate Qualifications in Psychology or Counselling, Social Work or related field.
