Competitive salary package + super + incentives Employee share ownership opportunities diverse portfolio Assistant Property Manager The Opportunity Join a highly regarded, national property investment business Work across a diverse portfolio of premium investment-grade assets Genuine opportunity to develop your commercial property management career What You'll Be Doing Working closely with the Property Management team, you'll assist with: Supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio Assisting with inspections, tenant communications and meetings Supporting lease administration, renewals, options, rent reviews and expiries Assisting with budgets, forecasts, reporting and outgoings Coordinating maintenance, contractors and essential services Monitoring contractor compliance, licences, insurances and documentation Assisting with risk, compliance and property-related requirements Supporting rental, arrears and financial management processes Maintaining accurate property, tenancy and financial records Contributing to sustainability, customer experience and community initiatives Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assets are well maintained and performing effectively About You You'll be someone who is proactive, organised and genuinely passionate about building a career in commercial property management.
You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
