Manage the full leasing process across a portfolio of approximately 350 properties within a Pod system Create marketing campaigns and liaise with landlords Conduct home opens and meet prospective applicants Manage the leasing process from advertising through to successful tenant placement Present suitable applicants to owners and coordinate approvals Prepare and check lease agreements Conduct approximately 8–10 routine inspections per week across two half days Work closely with the Property Managers to ensure a smooth handover and move-in process Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm Saturday mornings only when home opens are required (time off in lieu provided for Saturday work) The Criteria: Previous experience in Leasing and/or Routine Inspections Ideally experience across both areas, however training will be provided for the right candidate Must have completed your Real Estate Registration Current valid driver's licence Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organised with excellent time management Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants Positive, outgoing and team-focused personality Genuine desire to build a long-term career within Property Management How to Apply: Please call Alicia Cox @ Gough on ************ | ****** or simply hit APPLY NOW.
