You will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims management in line with legislation and business rules.
With your exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
The purpose of your role is to support injured workers by monitoring their recovery with the end goal to return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.
Your main responsibilities include:



Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Experience in claims management Minimum 1-2 years Workers Compensation experience Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of medical terminology What we offer: Friendly and supportive team culture 7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday 5 weeks annual leave 18 days personal leave 3 days family and emergency leave Onsite Parking available Superannuation co-contribution scheme Professional Development days Reward and Recognition program to celebrate your success Retailer discounts through Smart Spending App
