We are looking for a polished and motivated ambassador for Mount Scopus.
Reporting to the Enrolment Director, this is a high-energy, proactive, front-line position where your main job is to get out there, absorb everything that makes our school incredible, and share that passion with prospective families to grow our school community.
Mount Scopus Memorial College is a co-educational Jewish School from Early Learning to Year 12 across three campuses; St Kilda East, Caulfield South and Burwood.
The College are actively working with Project Generation - a joint strategic initiative by Mount Scopus Memorial College and Mount Scopus College Foundation to consolidate the Mount Scopus Memorial College campuses and establish "'The Centre for Jewish Life'', creating an integrated educational and communal precinct that supports and enriches Melbourne's Jewish community, in Caulfield. What you'll be doing: Champion the College: Running highly personalised, engaging campus tours that turn prospective parents into enthusiastic members of our school community. Proactive Outreach: Actively seeking out new families, identifying opportunities, and initiating conversations within the local community to market full-time enrolment. Creative Strategy: Thinking outside the box to enhance our market position as the leading Jewish day school in Melbourne. Multi-Campus Impact: Working across our vibrant campuses, ensuring our story is told consistently, dynamically, and authentically. Who you are: Community Champion: You likely already have deep roots or a strong network within the community. You might be a current or enrolled parent at the College, already demonstrating your commitment to our values and purpose. Relationship Builder: You have proven success in client engagement in hospitality, recruitment,



or community relations where your personality and ability to connect drove real results. You may already be working in the Education sector, or may have the core skills from another industry and are interested in taking the plunge into education. Dynamic and Proactive: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you're out there creating connections and opening doors. Creative: You see the big picture and understand how aligning financial incentives (like bursaries) can inspire families to choose our school.
