About the Role: We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join a high-performing finance team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to drive profitability, inform strategic decisions, and support the organisation's continued growth trajectory.
This is a hands-on, analytical role suited to someone who enjoys translating data into clear, actionable commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast Analyse margin and profitability performance identifying opportunities to optimise commercial outcomes Prepare business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic initiatives Deliver timely, insightful management reporting and dashboards to senior stakeholders,
