HCF in Parramatta is seeking a Provider Services Officer to deliver exceptional phone-based service to doctors, hospital teams and members.
This full-time role on a 6-month maximum term is based at our Parramatta contact centre with hybrid working available.
You'll handle high-volume calls, resolve complex inquiries within SLAs, maintain confidentiality, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
