Matthews Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Maylands Hotel in South Australia.
You will own the day-to-day restaurant experience and take a lead role in planning and delivering functions and events.
You will lead exceptional service on the floor, coordinate functions from prep to delivery, train and develop the team, and work closely with the management and kitchen teams to elevate guest experiences.
