What You'll Do
Be the dependable first point of contact, confidently answering inbound calls and emails
Process the order queue efficiently, accurately and within expected timeframes
Keep CRM records immaculate, complete and up to date
Support the HQ team with administration, reporting and day-to-day coordination




Take ownership of enquiries and follow through until they are resolved
