BlueCare in Bundaberg Millbank is seeking a Central Kitchen Manager to lead the production kitchen, ensure high-quality Cook Chill meals, and support two facilities serving around 220 beds with up to 650 meals per day.
You will drive safety, quality, and resident-focused menu development while coaching teams, managing procurement, and improving operational efficiency.
This is a permanent, full time role with competitive remunerations.
