You will plan and deliver change activities, assess readiness and stakeholder impacts, and help managers and staff understand what change means for their day-to-day work.
You will also coach stakeholders, coordinate change across teams and give leaders clear visibility of progress, risks and issues.
What You'll Be Doing Plan, implement and evaluate change activities supporting business transformation Help managers and staff understand change and how it affects their roles Provide specialist advice on change methodologies, processes and best practice Educate and coach staff and stakeholders through transformation Apply practical change management principles,
