ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Community Support Team Member to deliver person-centred support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disabilities, Elders and others needing assistance.
The role spans Domestic assistance, social support, and community engagement across Disability Supports, NDIS, QCSS, and CHSP.
You will work in a culturally secure workplace, promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while maintaining safety and professional standards.
