The ideal candidate will be responsible of providing excellent customer service, ensuring the smooth operation FOH maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Your Role:
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work area, and dining area
Welcome guests with friendly and knowledgeable service
Take accurate orders, upsell menu items strategically, and handle payments promptly
Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests tables
Check in on guest experience throughout their visit
Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly to ensure smooth service flow
