The Role:



Conducting open homes and private inspections Processing tenancy applications Handling enquiries from prospective tenants Scheduling the inspection run Issuing entry notices Managing enquiries Liaising with tenants Key management Assisting the property managers with ad-hoc tasks The Candidate: 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Driver's License Exceptional organisational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be energetic have a can-do attitude!
