You will lead Guest Experience staff, drive member enrolments, deliver outstanding customer service and a culture of innovation.
Solid focus on achieving monthly targets, budgets and KPIs, while developing plans with the leadership team.
You will model exemplary customer-centric service both in person and over the phone.
