Reporting to the Construction Manager- ITS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day site activities and meeting project milestones Main Responsibilities: Coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Supervise employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with project and statutory requirements, standards, and codes.
Manage the placement of materials, plant, and equipment required for site works.
Report on work progress, delays, issues, and incidents.
Review and contribute to HSEQ documentation and design.
Travel to various work fronts as required and directed.
Actively promote and support Project Environmental, QA, OH S, and Company policies.
Ensure compliance with all Safety Rules and Procedures to maintain a safe working workplace.
Monitor and report on contractor performance,
providing advice and direction to meet performance objectives.
Experience: Highly regarded: Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and site supervision.
Beneficial: Experience in transport, roads, major infrastructure, and construction.
Qualifications: Preferred but not required: Electrician's (A Grade) licence.
Preferred but not required: Electrical engineering degree or related qualification.
