You will lead from the front, balancing sales performance, customer service, team development and day-to-day operations while creating a positive and high-performing store environment.
What You'll be Responsible For Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve individual and store targets Drive sales performance and commercial results across multiple customer channels Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and key clients Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and repeat business Provide expert product and design advice to help customers in making confident purchasing decisions Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness Oversee daily store operations, including stock, administration and compliance Take ownership of store profitability,
