What you'll do:
n
As our Administration Officer, you'll be the face of our Macquarie Park centre providing exceptional client service and critical administrative support in a high-volume environment. You'll help create a supportive first impression for clients, while managing essential day-to-day operations. You'll also:
n
n
Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing warm and compassionate client service
n
Manage multiple competing priorities, including phone calls, email inboxes, client bookings, rescheduling, payments, reminders, and general enquiries
n
Provide administrative assistance ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
n
Collaborate with your team to share responsibilities and support each other through high-volume periods
n

Based at Macquarie Park
n
Permanent contract
n
3 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Thursday, 10am- 6pm)

What you'll bring:

Experience in a client-facing administrative role,
ideally within a similar organisation supporting clients with complex needs such as domestic violence or mental health challenges
n
Technologically adept and quick to learn recent systems and processes
n
Outstanding attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
n
Highly organised and flexible, able to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
n
Calm, compassionate and firm communicator, supportive of both clients and team members even in challenging situations
