Senior Contract Administrator – Builder / Developer - Up to $230,000 + Super I'm working on behalf of a highly successful Queensland-owned builder/developer that has established itself as one of the state's leading privately owned construction businesses.
Turning over $150M+ annually , the business has built an enviable reputation delivering high-quality commercial and multi-residential developments, with the added security of developing many of its own projects.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a $35 million project.
The Role You'll take ownership of the commercial management of the project from procurement through to final accounts, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and site team to ensure a successful commercial outcome.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a builder/developer with a long-term pipeline of work, robust financial backing and a reputation for promoting from within.
Responsibilities Manage the commercial administration of the project from procurement through to final accounts Let and administer subcontract packages Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts and project budgets Assess subcontractor claims,
