About the role
n
Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving Aunty Grace's technology environment. You will oversee our Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, cyber security initiatives, device management and day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future direction of our technology landscape. This is a highly visible role requiring solid technical expertise combined with a practical, customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environments
n
Administer users, permissions, groups and identity management
n
Maintain licensing and access controls
n
Apply security best practices and least-privilege principles
n
Manage cyber security controls and security uplift initiatives
n




Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
n
Maintain security documentation and standards
n
Provide senior-level technical support and issue resolution
n
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
n
n
About you
n
n
5+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration or IT Operations
n
Azure and Entra ID administration experience
n
Intune and endpoint management experience
n
Exposure to cyber security initiatives and security controls
n
Experience supporting environments of ******* users
n
Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline
n
Microsoft certifications highly regarded (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
n
