We're looking for an experienced, confident and highly capable Project Coordinator to join our growing team. For the right candidate, we would also consider a Senior Project Coordinator position.
n
We're looking for someone with strong customer and stakeholder management skills who can confidently manage competing priorities, build relationships and keep projects moving.
n

What Success Looks Like
n
You'll be responsible for coordinating a large volume of projects at various stages of delivery and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.
n
In this role, success means:

Keeping 75+ projects moving simultaneously
n
Being the primary point of contact for clients
n
Managing authority applications, submissions and approvals
n
Following up proactively to keep projects on track
n
Managing competing priorities calmly and professionally
n
Building strong relationships with developers, councils, authorities, consultants and contractors
n
Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions
n
Taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution
n
Supporting project invoicing and project administration
n
Providing regular, clear and professional updates to clients and internal stakeholders
n
Ensuring deadlines are met and commitments are delivered
n

Experience
n
We are more interested in your ability to manage customers, projects and competing priorities than deep technical industry knowledge.
n
Experience in project coordination, client service, construction, development, engineering, infrastructure or qualified services environments will be highly regarded.
n
Experience working with Energy Queensland, Powerlink, local councils, TMR or other approval authorities is advantageous but not essential. We can train you in the technical and industry-specific aspects of the role.
