What You'll Be Doing

Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, genuine and qualified approach.

Manage incoming calls and connect customers with the right team.
n
Provide exceptional customer service across every interaction.

Assist with customer appointments and general dealership enquiries.
n
Support reception administration and day-to-day dealership tasks.
n
Help customers navigate the dealership and connect them with the right department.
n
Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception environment.

Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and pride.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who loves people and loves creating great experiences.
n
You might come from reception, hospitality, retail, luxury brands, customer service or administration — what matters most is your personality, attitude and customer-first approach.
