Our Operations Coordinator is moving on, and we need one switched-on person to take over the engine room.

WE'RE REST-A-SURED SECURITY

We design, install and maintain alarm systems, intercoms, CCTV, access control and electric fencing for homes and businesses right across WA — including ongoing work with shopping centres and commercial property groups.

The hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Done by 4. Beat the traffic and get your afternoon back. No weekends, no nights, no on-call.

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000
n
Real ownership: You report straight to the owner. No layers, no committee, no waiting a week for a decision.

A proper handover: You won't be thrown in. You'll shadow our current Operations Manager before she leaves, with structured training on the way through.

Where it goes: Within 90 days you're running scheduling, stock and client communications on your own.

THE WORK
n
You're the engine room. From the moment a sale is won to the moment it's invoiced, you're the one keeping it moving.
n
Coordinate the daily schedule for the field technicians — track job progress, sort out delays, keep clients informed as it happens
n
Set up new jobs in Aroflo the moment a sale closes: stock ordered, technician allocated,



nothing sitting

Review the daily monitoring reports and follow up directly with clients on anything that looks off
n
Take service calls and new job enquiries, qualify them and log them
n
Manage the suppliers — chase backorders, check pricing, keep jobs on budget
n
Run a daily invoicing scan so billing stays current and month-end isn't a scramble
n
Support tender preparation and coordinate site access for commercial clients
n
Your goal: the owner stops chasing jobs and gets back to clients and quoting, because you've got it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
You must have:
n
Experience in scheduling, dispatch or operations coordination — trades, field services, or somewhere equally fast-moving
n
Confidence with job management software (we use Aroflo) and the appetite to pick up new tools, including AI-assisted reporting
n
Transparent, professional communication — as comfortable with a commercial client as with a technician in the field
n
Calm under pressure, and happy to make a call without needing sign-off for every decision
n
Know alarm, CCTV or other security and trade monitoring systems
n
Have used Xero or similar accounting software
n
Have handled supplier negotiations and stock management before
n
