As a leading entertainment venue in SEQ, Greenbank Services Club encompasses a 300 machine gaming floor, Gardens Steak and Seafood Restaurant , Marketplace Restaurant, multiple function rooms, bars and a fully supervised Kids Club Room. Partnered with 5 star customer service, our members and guests will receive a customised experience upon each and every visit.

About The Role
n
In this role, you will also be required to undertake the following duties:
n
n
Working in the rapid paced environment of either a café kitchen or large production kitchen
n
Cleaning of all kitchenware, equipment and utensils
n
Disposal of all waste and sorting of recycled items
n
Demonstration of hygienic and safe work practices
n
Responsible for strict stock control and food storage
n




Food preparation as directed
n
Other duties as requested
n

Ability to work under pressure in a rapid paced environment

Ability to work nights and weekends as required
n
A willingness to learn and undertake training when required

Be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

Experience And Qualifications
n

Experience working in a kitchen environment
n
Hygiene for Food Handlers Certification preferred
n
n
