As a Project Manager | Environmental Scientist, you're at the point where you can run a contaminated land project properly but that doesn't mean your next move needs to bury you in management.

This boutique national consultancy has the capability and project diversity of a much larger firm, while keeping you close to the work, clients and decisions.
n
You'll own projects from planning through delivery, manage clients and budgets, review technical work and help develop the juniors underneath you. There's also a significant financial upside: 25% of company profits are distributed amongst employees.

The Role
n
Based in North Sydney, you'll project manage contaminated land and groundwater work across major infrastructure, rail, property development and Council portfolios.
n
You'll:

Manage PSI, DSI, remediation and validation projects
n
Take projects from initial planning and scoping through to delivery
n
Manage clients, budgets,



timelines and project risks
n
Review complex technical reports and maintain delivery quality
n
Mentor and train junior Environmental Scientists and Graduates
n
Provide technical guidance across contaminated land and groundwater work
n
Contribute to tenders, proposals and business development
n

Experience
n
n
5+ years' environmental consulting experience
n
Strong contaminated land and groundwater experience
n
Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related degree
n
Experience managing projects, clients and budgets
n
Solid technical reporting and review skills
n
Good understanding of NSW environmental legislation and regulatory requirements
n
CEnvP, or working towards it, highly regarded
n
n
Salary circa $110,000 + super + 25% company profit share.
