Job Description
Coles in Australia is seeking two fixed-term P&C; Project Lead opportunities, 8 to 10 months in duration. You will drive people and change outcomes across large-scale programs, partnering with Operations, Corporate functions and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted outcomes.

You will own the people and change workstream from planning through implementation and embedding, with a focus on stakeholder readiness, adoption and sustainable perks.
